• Separate Shipments: We operate from two storage sites to better serve our customers. Depending on the items in your order, some products may be shipped separately from different locations. You may receive multiple tracking numbers if your order is split into separate shipments.

• Important Information Customs Duty Fee for Orders Above £240: Due to one of our warehouses being located in the European zone, orders with a total value exceeding £240 may be subject to an additional customs duty fee of up to 20%. • Shipping Prices: Our shipping rates are based on the service we’ve selected to ensure safer handling and delivery of your products (FedEx).
